Terms of Service

Effective date: June 12, 2026 · Operated by WDR Consulting, Inc.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and WDR Consulting, Inc. ("AI Go Futures Trader," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the AI Go Futures Traderwebsites, dashboards, signal routing, trade-copying configuration services, and related software (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, checking the acceptance box at signup, submitting trading credentials, or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the disclosures on our Trading Risk page, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is — and is not

AI Go Futures Trader provides software automation that routes trading signals generated by our systems (including TradingView strategies and related infrastructure) to a trade-copying engine that mirrors positions from a leader account to follower accounts you designate. The Service includes automated risk tooling such as profit-lock rules, watchdog flatten layers, and position monitoring, as well as verified trade-capture screenshots.

The Service is not a broker, dealer, futures commission merchant, commodity trading advisor, investment adviser, or fiduciary. We do not hold your funds, execute trades as your agent, or provide individualized investment advice. All trading occurs in your own brokerage accounts under your own brokerage agreements. Nothing in the Service — including signals, screenshots, statistics, or automated configuration — is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter contracts, and the lawful owner (or fully authorized operator) of every brokerage account you connect. You must complete identity verification (KYC) when requested and maintain an active subscription for automation to run. You are responsible for ensuring that copy trading is lawful in your jurisdiction and permitted by your broker.

3. Live account requirements — minimum $5,000 funding

The Service is designed exclusively for live, self-directed brokerage accounts that you own and control. By connecting an account you represent and warrant that:

  • The account is a live (funded, real-money) brokerage account — not a demo, simulation, evaluation, or challenge account — except where we explicitly provision a demo environment for onboarding or testing at our discretion.
  • The account is funded with no less than $5,000 USD at the time it is added and you will maintain funding appropriate to your selected copy ratio. Accounts below this minimum may be rejected, paused, or removed from the copier without notice, because under-funded accounts cannot absorb normal drawdown and are substantially more likely to hit broker liquidation levels.
  • You have full authority to grant us permission to configure copy trading on the account, and doing so does not violate your brokerage agreement.

4. Prop-firm accounts are prohibited

You may not connect proprietary trading firm ("prop firm") accounts of any kind, including evaluation, assessment, challenge, funded, or payout-stage accounts, or any account governed by a proprietary trading firm's rules, unless AI Go Copy has received written authorization directly from the proprietary trading firm expressly approving your intended use of this platform. This restriction applies regardless of whether AI Go Copy is operating in a testing, beta, sandbox, trial, or production environment, and regardless of whether live payment processing has been enabled. AI Go Copy reserves the right to deny, suspend, terminate, or permanently ban any account attempting to connect a prohibited account, without prior notice or refund. By connecting an account, you represent and warrant that you own the account, are authorized to use it with AI Go Copy, and that doing so does not violate any agreement with your broker, proprietary trading firm, or other third party. Most proprietary trading firms prohibit copy trading, coordinated trading across multiple accounts, third-party execution, or automated trade replication. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with your firm's rules. AI Go Copy assumes no responsibility for denied payouts, account suspensions, account closures, or legal claims arising from your violation of any third-party agreement.

If you connect a prop-firm account in violation of this section: (a) you do so entirely at your own risk; (b) you are solely responsible for all consequences, including lost fees, denied payouts, and claims by the firm; (c) we may immediately remove the account and suspend or terminate your access without refund and permanently ban you from using the platform; and (d) you will indemnify us and AI Go Copy for all losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from that violation as described in Section 13.

AI Go Copy reserves the right to modify, interpret, or enforce its eligibility requirements and platform policies at any time, with or without prior notice. A user's temporary access to the platform, whether during testing, beta, sandbox, or production, does not constitute approval, authorization, or a waiver of any platform policy. AI Go Copy may revoke access, terminate accounts, or permanently prohibit future use if it determines that a user has violated these Terms or attempted to circumvent platform restrictions.

5. Copy ratio acknowledgment — your requested ratio multiplies risk

When you add an account you request a copy ratio (for example 1x, 3x, or 6x). The ratio multiplies the leader account's position size in your follower account. By requesting a ratio you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Higher ratios multiply losses, not just gains. If the leader loses $150 on a trade, a follower at 3x is modeled to lose roughly $450, and at 6x roughly $900, before commissions, slippage, and fees.
  • Higher ratios have a higher likelihood of account failure. Larger position sizes consume margin faster, deepen drawdowns, can trigger broker liquidations, daily-loss locks, and risk-management stops sooner, and can exhaust an account during a normal losing streak that a lower ratio would survive.
  • The ratio you request must be appropriate for your account size. We may cap, reduce, or reject ratios that we determine are excessive for the account's funding, and we may require additional confirmation before applying ratio increases.
  • Ratio changes you submit through the dashboard are applied to the copier where supported; where automation is unavailable, changes are applied manually by our team and may take time. The ratio in effect at the copier controls actual sizing.

6. Subscriptions and account licenses

  • Automation requires an active subscription. Each follower account added to the copier requires an account license of $100 per account per month (pricing may change with notice; current pricing is shown at checkout and on the pricing page).
  • New account requests are subject to administrative review and capacity verification. We verify copier capacity and your account's eligibility before a license is charged or an account is activated. Review can take up to 72 hours after each credentials update.
  • Identity verification and an active subscription are both required before accounts are added. If either is missing, onboarding and ongoing support are paused until resolved.
  • Licenses are consumed in account order; accounts beyond your paid license count remain paused until additional licenses are purchased or freed.
  • Fees are billed through Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law. Canceling a subscription stops future billing; automation stops at the end of the paid period.

7. Trading credentials and authorization

To configure copy trading you may save brokerage or copier usernames and passwords in the dashboard. You authorize us to store these credentials (encrypted at rest), to use them solely to set up, maintain, and remove your follower connections in the copier, and to share them with no one else. You can remove saved credentials at any time, which revokes that authorization for future configuration. You remain responsible for maintaining accurate credentials and for all activity in your brokerage accounts.

8. Trading risk disclosure

Trading futures and other leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose more than your initial investment. Copy trading adds additional risks: latency, partial fills, slippage between leader and follower, technology failures, connectivity gaps, broker outages, and configuration errors can each produce results that differ materially from the leader account. Automated protections (profit locks, watchdogs, flatten layers) reduce but do not eliminate risk and can themselves fail. Performance figures, screenshots, and statistics shown anywhere in the Service are selected historical examples, not promises or projections; past performance does not guarantee future results. The full risk statement on the Trading Risk page is part of these Terms.

9. Acceptable use

  • Do not connect accounts you do not own or lack authority to trade.
  • Do not use the Service to violate any broker agreement, exchange rule, or law.
  • Do not reverse engineer, resell, or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent.
  • Do not interfere with the Service's operation or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not submit false identity documents or misrepresent account ownership or funding.

10. Service availability and changes

The Service depends on third-party platforms (brokers, signals, data, copier engine, hosting and messaging providers) that we do not control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, signal delivery, or execution. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Where reasonably possible we will give notice of material changes, but we may act immediately to protect users, comply with law, or respond to third-party changes.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access (in whole or part) if you breach these Terms, create risk for us or other users, fail identity verification, miss payments, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive (including risk acknowledgments, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) survive termination.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that signals will be delivered, trades will be copied, protections will trigger, or results will match any example shown.

13. Limitation of liability and indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WDR Consulting, Inc. and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost trading opportunities, trading losses, denied prop-firm payouts, or data loss, arising from or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any broker or prop-firm agreement, your account configuration choices (including requested ratios), or your violation of law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which WDR Consulting, Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, each party waives any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the dashboard or by email, and the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

16. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the dashboard support options or to the contact information listed on our site. Legal notices must reference WDR Consulting, Inc..
